The Samford & Districts Chamber of Commerce will host the next Networking Breakfast on Wednesday 13th October at the Samford Community HUB (SCHUB). Special Guest will be Steve Butler, Regional Innovation Coordinator for Innovate Moreton Bay, a program with a tailored approach to connect local efforts, harnessing existing strengths and building regional capability within the Innovation Ecosystem. Innovate Moreton Bay is focused on positioning the region as the location choice for entrepreneurs, innovators, exporters, and investors.
Steve’s passion is to Identify, Inspire & Engage to foster collaborations, connect the dots, and share opportunities, while helping to save people time. He is also involved in the Excellence & Innovation Awards, and will also tell us why he thinks the Samford Valley IT waters are so “special”.His presentation will also include a featured appearance by local business owner Fiona Holmstrom from Samford’s own Stem Punks , who with her husband Michael were winners in the Moreton Bay Innovation Awards from several years ago.Members, Guests and Visitors all welcome. As always, the Chamber will feature the popular Xpresso Mobile Coffee Van “KICK-STARTER COFFEE” and Samford’s Famous Patisserie’s CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST.
