Monthly Chamber Breakfast and networking meeting:

Are you CX Savvy or part of the clueless majority?
Know your numbers … Don’t leave it to chance!

In this age where consumers have such easy access to alternative suppliers of everything, exceptional Customer Experience (CX) is the currency of competitive advantage!
If this is so, why do so many business owners leave this to chance?

Happy, satisfied customers will spend more, buy more often and refer others. So, it’s critical you know exactly how happy your customers are with you and your team. Remember the old saying about making assumptions? While most businesses believe they offer superior standards of experience, the fact is, in many cases their own customers would tell a very different story… if only they bothered to check! JB will explain why every business must take a more strategic approach to keeping customers happy with the entire experience not just the products and services they provide. He will also introduce a simple yet effective method for measuring the quality of the relationship you have with your customers, so you can be certain you’re meeting their expectations.
Know your numbers! Don’t leave this to chance. Not knowing could mean lost customers, lost referrals, lost sales and lost profit.
