Monthly Chamber Breakfast: Wednesday, 12th June – Creating Value, Guiding Growth with Drew Lette.

In 2021, while pursuing a Senior Executive MBA at Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne, Drew embarked on a journey of self-discovery.

Reflecting on a career spanning over 25 years in executive roles within multinational corporations including L’Oréal Groupe, Stanley Black & Decker, Svenska Cellulosa, AB, PepsiCo, and Nielsen. Drew wanted to use his skill set beyond that corporate environment. He wanted to work towards creating wealth locally, rather than for shareholders overseas, to be connected to his community through local business. This was the catalyst for Marlton Capital Partners.

In 2022, with the world emerging from the depths of the COVID pandemic, Drew and his family returned to Brisbane after an absence of 24 years, rekindling deep-rooted connections with friends, family and the local community of his youth. In 2023 Drew founded Marlton Capital Partners. At the heart of Marlton Capital Partners lies an ambition to foster vibrant, economically diverse, and financially sustainable communities through small business and entrepreneurship.

Our mission is to serve as a catalyst for small business value creation and innovation in Southeast Queensland. Marlton Capital Partners is driven by the desire to empower local entrepreneurs and create local employment by offering access to private capital and guidance to partner businesses.
