Kicking off the New 2019 Business Year, the Samford  & Districts Chamber of Commerce first breakfast meeting of the year will be held on Wednesday 13^th February and will feature guest speaker Fabian Gonzalez from Family Radio Station 96five.

Fabian has a deep insight into the relationship between small business and radio which goes back to over 16 years running his own business, during which time he developed a wide range skills and procedures, including marketing plans. The marketing plans were what took him to being in the biggest franchise in Australia.

2 years of sales and marketing consultancy led him into transitioning into media sales at the start of 2018.

In his own words “my experiences in running my own SME, allows me to understand the challenges of businesses  who are looking at expanding, but not sure what will or won’t work. My goal is to ensure that my clients have outstanding success from the campaign I help create for them, everything from the creative to the voice over and the timing of the ad’s.”

The Samford & Districts Chamber of Commerce meets on the 2^nd Wednesday of each month. The venue for the breakfast is The Flying Nun Café in Station Street Samford. In addition to a guest speaker, the breakfast offers a “wake-up” complimentary coffee at 6.45am, followed at 7.00am by a legendary cooked breakfast and a selection of fruit and pastries for just $27.50 per head for members, and $30 per head for guests and visitors. The meeting concludes at 8.30am.
