A great opportunity to find out how and where Samford Valley businesses fit into the wider Moreton Bay region.

SHOP LOCAL GIFT CARD …an initiative to keep money local

Moreton Bay Regional Council, Team Moreton Bay, Samford Chamber of Commerce and key Moreton Bay Chambers of Commerce are rallying locals to back Samford Valley businesses with a new Moreton Money EFTPOS gift card program. From July 2022, any money put on a Moreton Money gift card can be used to buy goods and services in participating businesses within the Moreton Bay Region. The aim is to encourage local purchases, support local businesses and build a sense of community pride. Moreton Money EFTPOS cards will be valid for three years and can be used more than once, across multiple businesses.  Established in 2010, now reaching 70 different communities across 160+postcodes

Samford Chamber’s Networking Breakfast on Wednesday 13^th July at the SCHUB will have a MBRC representative on hand to provide more information & details, as well as any Q&A about the program. The entry fee of $30 for visitors and $27 for members includes a complimentary “KICK STARTER COFFEE  (or maybe 2!)  from the popular Minnie’s Xpresso Mobile Coffee Van and a yummy CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST from Samford’s Famous Patisserie – getting underway at 6.45am and all finished by 8.30am.                                                                                  BOOKINGS NOW OPEN TO MEMBERS, VISITORS & INTERESTED BUSINESS OWNERS ONLINE VIA www.samfordchamber.com

We invite all local businesses to come and network with the local crowd. You will have an opportunity to present your business, and show the other local businesses what you can do to help them with their business.                                                                                                                                                The Samford & Districts Chamber of Commerce meets on the 2^nd Wednesday of each month. The venue for the breakfast is the Samford Community HUB (SCHUB). In addition to a guest speaker, the breakfast offers a “wake-up” complimentary coffee  followed by a continental breakfast with a selection of fruit and pastries for just $27.50 per head for members, and $30 per head for guests and visitors. The meeting concludes at 8.30am.
