Monthly Chamber Breakfast: Wednesday, 14th February – Mental Wellbeing with Kim Garthwaite
We are thrilled to announce that our next breakfast event will feature a special guest speaker from Beyond Blue, Kim Garthwaite. Kim will share her inspiring story of how she overcame depression and anxiety and found hope, recovery and resilience in her life.
She joined the Beyond Blue speakers’ program to spread awareness and offer support to others who are living with mental health issues. Beyond Blue is a national organisation that provides information, advice and support to help people achieve their best possible mental health. They also advocate for improved services and policies to prevent and reduce the impact of depression, anxiety and suicide.
Don’t miss this opportunity to hear from a brave and passionate community member who has a lot to teach us about mental wellbeing.
