The 2019 Christmas Business Lights competition proved another success. The campaign was an initiative to encourage the Samford Business Community to support the Samford Chamber’s campaign to light up the village.

This year, the Samford Chamber co-sponsored with Elders Insurance North Lakes to fund the winners $500 prize. The finalists were announced at the recent “Samford Christmas in the Village” community event held at John Scott Park on 7th December
Local Moreton Bay Councillor Darren Grimwade , along with Lorraine Parker from Elders Insurance North Lakes and Samford Chamber of Commerce Vice-President John Hudson were present to declare the winner to be:

High Commendations:

• The Famous Samford Patisserie & Cafe 
• Samford Foot Health Clinic                                                                                                                                                    both received High Commendation awards for their efforts.
  

Samford & Districts Chamber of Commerce Vice-President John Hudson thanked the many Samford business houses, along with the Village Pump and the Samford Progress Association for their support of this years campaign, and hope that the business community can go bigger and shinier for Christmas 2020.
